We don’t start out strong and in three or four months get complacent. This is
the most common complaint concerning new cleaning contractors. JB Maintenance
& Supply strictly adheres to its periodical cleaning schedule, which means your
building will get cleaner and cleaner as the weeks and months go by. This schedule
is verified by a supervisor’s signature on check lists which can be provided to you
upon request.

JB Maintenance and Supply doesn’t get complaints! This might sound like an
outrageous claim but check any of our references and they will verify this fact. Our
system of supervision and constant “surprise” visits by top management to all of
our accounts ensures that our complaint ratio to square footage is exponentially
lower than the national average of one complaint per 100,000 sq. ft. of office space
cleaned.

JB Maintenance and Supply responds to all requests within the hour. All
employees have “smart phones” that allow everyone to receive a request or
emergency call simultaneously and respond according to the need. As a service
company, we take the word “service” to a new level.

We have advanced and proprietary systems for cleaning bathrooms, common areas
and offices. We use color coordinated mops, dust mops and micro-fiber cloths to
clean each area. For example: The bathroom mop (orange) cannot be confused with
the mop used in offices and kitchens (gray) or common areas (green.)

JB Maintenance and Supply has a three-step system for cleaning carpets and rugs that
concludes with a fresh water rinse that leaves no chemical residue in carpets to
attract more dirt and leaves your carpets nearly dry.

JB Maintenance and Supply has a professional uniform service that provides
uniforms for all workers.

JB Maintenance and Supply doesn’t believe in “nickel and diming” our clients to
receive “hidden profits.” We appreciate your business and keep it by providing
extra services at a reasonable cost and doing many extras at no charge.

JB Maintenance and Supply uses a nightly door check system that eliminates
doors being left open by the cleaning company. The day, time and office
personnel present are entered into a door lock log book every night as the night time
supervisor checks all office doors. All lights are turned off and any office personnel
present are listed to eliminate any confusion if there is a “door left open complaint.”
The tenant can then be assured that the cleaning company has secured their offices,
that all doors are locked while the offices are being cleaned, and locks are secured
and checked again as the cleaners leave.

JB Maintenance and Supply does monthly on-site inspections with the building
manager, if agreed to by building manager. JB Maintenance & Supply also
offers a quarterly report card that is easy to grade by areas and job performance.

JB Maintenance and Supply is available for any job, 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. Our staff is always ready to assist in any and all emergencies.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING
JB Maintenance and Supply believes that the investment in properly trained employees is the
single most important aspect of operating a professional cleaning company. Training
begins with hiring the right people with the right attitude. After background checks and
citizenship verification, employees are trained in the JB Maintenance & Supply method of
cleaning.

Workers are trained in “green” cleaning methods and processes.

Each worker is trained on-site by an area supervisor until they are considered
proficient.

Training continues as employees are constantly reminded of proper procedures and
processes that set JB Maintenance & Supply apart from the rest
